Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of CreatorInbox (the "service"). By using the Mini App, the hub bot, or any bot you create with the service, you agree to these Terms. The service is also subject to Telegram's Mini Apps Terms of Service and Telegram's Bot Developer Terms.

1. The service

CreatorInbox lets you connect a Telegram bot of your own creation to a large language model and your own data sources (Sheets, Notion, Calendar, Gmail, Stripe, and others). When someone DMs your bot through Telegram Business Mode, the service generates a reply — either as a draft for you to confirm or, if you've enabled auto-send, automatically.

2. Your account

• You authenticate with your Telegram account through the Mini App. You're responsible for any activity that happens under your Telegram account.
• You're responsible for the bot tokens you paste into the service and for keeping them confidential. If a token is compromised, revoke it in BotFather and remove it from the app.
• You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

3. Subscriptions and billing

3.1 Plans

CreatorInbox offers three subscription tiers (Community, Pro, Agency) and a 7-day free trial. The trial includes a fixed reply allowance; once exhausted, the bot stops generating new replies until you subscribe or top up.

3.2 Payment rails

• Telegram Stars: subscriptions and top-ups inside the Mini App, processed by Telegram.
• USD (Polar): equivalent subscriptions and top-ups on the marketing site, processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record.

3.3 Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period at the current rate. You may cancel at any time from the billing screen; cancellation stops the next renewal and access continues until the end of the period you've already paid for.

3.4 Refunds

• Accidental top-ups or duplicate charges are eligible for a refund if requested within 14 days. Contact payment support via the hub bot's /paysupport command.
• Subscription periods you've already started using are not refundable. If you cancel mid-period, access continues until the end of that period and no partial refund is issued.
• Service-side failure: if the service is unavailable for an extended period due to our fault, we'll either credit your account or refund the affected period at our discretion.
• Refunds for Telegram Stars are processed through Telegram. Refunds for USD payments are processed through Polar.

3.5 Top-up credit

Reply credit purchased as a top-up rolls over indefinitely as long as your account remains active and is not refundable in cash once used.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the service to:

• Send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or messages to users who have not opted in by initiating a DM with your bot.
• Impersonate another person or organization without authorization.
• Collect passwords, one-time codes, payment card numbers, or other credentials from users.
• Promote or facilitate illegal goods or services, gambling, weapons, illegal drugs, sexual content involving minors, or hate speech.
• Run a bot that breaks Telegram's Bot Developer Terms or any other Telegram policy.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape at abusive volumes, or interfere with the service.

5. Your content and responsibility for your bot

You author the system prompt and choose which integrations and which data your bot can access. You are responsible for the replies your bot generates and for ensuring they comply with applicable law, including consumer-protection, advertising, and data-protection rules in your followers' jurisdictions. CreatorInbox provides the engine; the content is yours.

6. Third-party services

The service depends on Telegram, the LLM provider (via OpenRouter), the integrations provider (Composio), the hosting provider (Fly.io), and the payment processors above. We are not liable for outages or policy changes by those providers, though we will make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the service working.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the service, or pose a security or legal risk. On termination, your conversation history and configuration are deleted within 30 days, subject to backups that age out on the same schedule.

8. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". We don't guarantee that replies will be accurate, complete, or appropriate for any particular purpose. Draft mode exists specifically so you can review replies before they're sent. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to the service is limited to the amount you've paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced through the hub bot. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
