Does my follower know they're talking to a bot?

No. The reply goes out from your Telegram account through Business Mode. It looks like you typed it — because the message is sent as you, sourced from your data.

What if it hallucinates?

Draft mode is on by default — every reply waits for your tap. We also pin replies to your real data: if the bot can't find an answer, it says so, instead of inventing one.

Can it actually read and update my Sheets / Notion?

Yes. You connect each app once via OAuth and mark which sheets / pages it's allowed to use. The bot reads them in real time on every reply, and can also append rows, create pages, send emails or update records when you ask. Followers who DM your bot only get read-only access — write actions stay reserved for you.

What happens if I run out of replies?

The bot gracefully drops to FAQ-only mode and DMs you once with one-tap top-up buttons (1,000 / 2,000 / 4,000⭐ or a custom amount). Your followers still get an answer from the FAQ in the meantime — never silence. Top-up credit rolls over indefinitely.

Can I see exactly what the bot did?

Yes — the Activity tab shows every reply, every tool call (with truncated args + results), and lets you replay or annotate them.
